hello I want to know if there is a possibility of disabling the Cd
auto run programmatically but in real time, without having to restart
the computer.
I know it can be disable from registry but this needs restart. I know
that if I modify the reg key and the unmount and mount again the cd
devices I will succeed but this is too complicated.
I also know that by holding down the left shift button while the cd is
loading the auto run is skipped.
Is there another way ?

Yes. Try this Group Policy tweak.

Launch the Group Policy editor by clicking on Start > Run. Then type in
"gpedit.msc" w/o the quotes and click OK. Click and expand "Computer
Configuration", then navigate to "Administrative Template", followed by
"System". Change the status of "Disable Autoplay" to "Enabled". Click on Apply
and "OK" and then close the editor.
