Disable Business Contacts Manager Wizard

Hey there,

whenever I open outlook the business contacts manager wizard comes up.
Since I uninstalled it I can not even contine the installation because
its stops with an error message. So how can I disable this wizard?

The only way I know is to go ahead and create a BCM database, shutdown
Outlook, and remove BCM from the Mail profile (which leaves the
profile marked as having completed first use).

I haven't tried this, but you could try removing references to BCM
from Outlook's mapisvc.inf file.
