Disable baloon tips in EI 7 favorites

Hey,

I have IE 7 and when I roll my mouse over the links in favorites they have
these pretty large baloon tips that show up.

Is there any way to disable these tips?

I know in Tweak UI I can disable baloon tips but only in the taskbar.
