Disable automatic syncronization with Exchange

Is it possible to disable automatic syncronization between Outlook and
Exchange? I.e. I want to receive messages ONLY when I click "Send/Receive".

It's an Exchange-side function. Exchange uses UDP packets to inform Outlook
that there are new messages.
