Disable Account Lockout on a per account basis

Can you disable password account lockout on a per account
basis. I have service account that I need to disable
password account lockout. Is this possible?

Password lockout settings cannot be set on a per account basis. Password
settings are domain wide and apply to all accounts in the domain. You may
