Hi all,

Was just wanting some help in the administrating of my
computer. What I want to do is be able to deny access to
applications for some users. For example, I would like to
disable the ability to use IE or a game for certain
users. I was wondering if and how I can do this. Thanks

Aidan

That depends on which windows version you have. With windows 2000 and
windows xp pro you can set directory permissions, if you also use ntfs file
system. Windows xp home is more complicated, because there you cannot use
file permissions even if partitions are ntfs. Or that's what I have heard.
There are also many registry policies, which can be set. You get better
answers, if you post your question to proper windows newsgroup and not this
one.
