Disabaling USB

Is there any way without going through CMOS to disabled the USB port in
every maching on a win2000 domain. Can't it do through GP or else please
advice me to go in other way.

cant we use some vb script for this centrally. Somebody please proved me a

Hi,

Why do you want to Disable USB? Is it to prevent the using of the USB
drives?

Basically they way I have done it is to use Group Policy to hide all
drives and prevent access to drives in My Computer. You can do this
if you follow the instructions on my website. Basically I "hide"
Drives users still need access to like C:\ but I prevent access to
all the other drives.
