Good Evening all. I just clicked on Start, All programs, Windows DVD Maker
for Vista. It errors out saying that my Video dows not meet minimum
requirements. I clicked on learn more and it tells me thaI need DirectX 9.
When I checked my system, it tells me that I have DirectX 10. So what is the
problem? What can I do to fix this problem other than buying a new video
card? Thanks

Well, that has more to do with your video card than it does DirectX. My
notebook can run Vista, but it can not run DVD maker because my video card
isn't "up to par" and it fives the same reason "DirectX 9." Now, if you are
running a high grade card, one that allows Aero and all, you may want to
check your deivers. If you are running an outdated card, you may want to
look at upgrading.

Wish I could be more help :-)
