Does anyone know if it is possible to install Directx 9.0
to a different drive. I have a Win2K system with 2
partitions C and D. The C drive doesn't have enough
space to install Directx. Can (and how) it be installed
to the D drive??

The DirectX runtime files are all system files so they get installed to your
%windir%\system32 directory. If you are installing the SDK then all the
samples, source files, docs etc. can be installed to a different drive.

Hope that helps

That's what I was afraid of....thanks for the help anyway
Joshua. I'll try deleting some files to free up the
needed space.
