First of all, perhaps it is best to state that my PC Knowledge is very basic but able to find my way around if needs be.
I am experiencing problems whilst trying to carry out diagnostic test from within directx diagnostic tool.
I am attaching file with details of my PC which was acquired by running the dxdiag.
When I click on display/sound1/sound2 all appears OK but I am not seeing anything to indicate these functions are operative..
A friend told me that on his test interface there are three buttons whereas on my there are only two.
If required I could despatch actual jpg file which shows details of each section.
With the info despatched is anyone able to advice a possible cause why I am experiencing difficulties.
Any further details required in an effort to sort out my problems can be forwarded on request..
