When I place .dcr file in PowerPoint using activeX..It plays fine but I am
unable to advance to the next slide with a click or the page down or
arrows..Yes click to advance is on. I have a roller on my mouse and if I
roll down it does advance. but nothing else works..

any Ideas out there?

Does it work if you advance with the keyboard before trying the mouse?
You can only control PowerPoint with keys or mouse if it has focus, i.e. is
the active application in Windows. As soon as you click on a Shockwave or
Flash movie (which is difficult to avoid if it's full screen and you click
the mouse) it gains focus and you lose control over PowerPoint.
So...use only the keyboard and avoid using the mouse to advance slides.
Or...Don't fill the screen with your Shockwave, leave a small area at the
bottom of the slide that's safe to click.

it does not work with the keyboard at all. I never touch the mouse and it
does not advance. Made a small window for the shockwave and same results.
