Directive of group - GPO Windows 2000 server

Friends,
I am with a serious problem, which I am not managing to resolve.
The next thing is:
It has an AD (Activate directory), when Portuguese is turning under windows
2000 server.
The directive of group, it blockades N functions of the operating system at
the moment that the user effectuates login.
A nick of energy took place, and the servant resetou.
To an inicializar, the directive of group was unstable.
In some machines work (minority), and the great majority does not work.
Monitoring the log (eventvwr).
See the mistakes:

1º) The Windows cannot determine the user or the name of the computer.
Brought back value (1753).
Id of the event: 1000
Type: error

2º) it is not possible to establish a connection with the global catalogue.
Id of the event: 1123
type: error

3º) Activate It Directory located the next global catalogue.
Global catalogue:
\\ servlab.LABPOLI.COM
It fails in the attempt of communicating with the global catalogue
\\ servlab.LABPOLI.COM with the next status:
The mapeador of points of extremity has not any more points of extremity
available.
The operation in progress perhaps could not continue. The service of
directorate
it will use the localizador to try to find a servant of global catalogue
available for the near operation that will ask for one.
The data of the register represent the code of status.

Id of the event: 1655
Type: notice

The problem is more serious.
Over there, of not applying the directive of group, I am with problem in
joining the power LABPOLI.
In other words, to take determined machine from him out of the power
LABPOLI, and to insert again same does not manage to join the power.
Message: The mapeador of points of extremity has not any more available
points of extremity.
Can anybody give me a help ?

Hello Jose,

It seems that your Domain controllers are not running properly or maybe you
have some issues with DNS. Run dcdiag and netdiag against your DC's and post
the result here.
Also it can be a better solution to use a portugese NG for your questions.

Hello Jose,

Just for information, did you change anything in your hardware configuration?
Or did one server crash or anything else you did before the error starts?
How is your domain build up, how many servers and which role did they have
DHCP,DNS etc.?
Is it only one Domain controller in your Domain?
Check out that DNS is installed properly and that the DNS server service
is runnning. Open the DNS management console also. You should see a forward
lookup zone as a minimum with your registered server as DNS server and some
of your workstations. Is DNS running as Active directory integrated?

On your NIC check that the server points only to your Domain internal DNS
server. The 200.225.197.37 take out from the NIC, i assume this is your ISP's
DNS server? If it is removed restart the server to be sure it comes up without
any error message during the startup of the server. If you have errors (Event
viewer) please post them also here. If not run dcdiag again and check if
the errors will be still theire. If yes, please post it again.

It seems that your Domain controllers are not running properly or
maybe you
have some issues with DNS. Run dcdiag and netdiag against your DC's
and post
the result here.
Also it can be a better solution to use a portugese NG for your
questions.
