my emails are automatically delivered to my MSN mailbox. How do I have them delivered directly to a personal folder? I have Office 2002 and XP.

Hi ctyler,
if you use Hotmail or MSN you get an own *PST file for that.
So you have the original *.pst and the "Hotmai/MSN" *pst.
If you want the items in the origin PST please move the items into the
inbox.
maybe this is a way for you!

Thank you for responding to my question. Where do I find this *.pst thing? Can you explain a bit further please in more detail. Many thanks...

Hi ctyler,
look here
The default location for PSTs in Outlook XP is the hidden folder named
"C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
