DirectCD 3 problem

After I installed the Win XP, everytime I started the XP,
I got the same error message - DirectCD 3. I tried to
click the button - Detail (I think) and I clicked the
URL at the detail dialog box. The URL came up with
nothing. I assume that it is no longer offered.

I believe that XP has its own Create CD tool? Where can
I find?

Is Direct CD 3 coming with XP? or it was from the
previous Windows 2000?

DirectCD 3 is not support, you will need to buy a new version
