When I run the DXDIAG utility, I get a message stating that Netmeeting is running and that Direct3D Hardware acceleration will not work until I stop netmeeting. However, I do not have netmeeting running and have even failed to see how I can stop it. This is affecting my ability to view DVD's on my laptop. Any ideas?

According to the following Microsoft Knowledge Base Article this symptom can occur if
NetMeeting was shutdown improperly. Try starting NetMeeting (conf.exe) and then
closing it correctly. For more information see the following Microsoft Knowledge
