Recently, I reinstalled WinXP. My question is about Direct X.
Could someone tell me how to find out whether Direct X is installed onto my
computer and what version is installed, if so? Craig

Go to Start > Run and type: DXDIAG , and hit enter.

It's normally a part of Windows (like internet explorer),
find a file called 'dxdiag' and run it to find the
version, the latest version (I think so far) is 9.0a
go to 'www.windowsupdate.microsoft.com' to get the latest
version!
