direct x 9b

After installing directx 9b in does not show in the add
remove programs!!!!! please assist
 
You want me to read to you the part about Direct X NOT being
uninstallable?? And since it is NOT "Uninstallible", what purpose would
an entry in serve in add/remove programs?
