I'm in need of little help and hope that someone that is more knowledgeable
than I can help.

In trying to establish a network connection on one of the computers, I am
getting an error that boils down to the IP router manager not loading.
Because of this the Routing and Remote Access Server (RRAS) fails to start. I
think that the file, iprtrmgr.dll, may be corrupted. I don't know how to go
about getting a fresh copy of this file.

Anybody got any ideas or suggests on how to accomplish my task?

A ethernet cable would seem like the way to go however its not possible.
To connect 2 or more pcs,you need a "cross-over cable",it looks just like the
ethernet cable but its not,it will connect to youre ethernet ports, then,if
the
internet is wanted, you'll need a PCI ethernet card to connect. The crossover
cable runs about 8.00 to 10.00,any good pc shop will have it..
