Hello

I've noticed that when I send an appointment to a resource that is configured with Direct Booking, the appointment message does not show up in my "Sent Items" folder. The appointment shows up on my calendar, which is good... I've tested this from multiple accounts and the result is the same
Is this the expected behavior when using Direct Booking? If so, can you point me to some documentation that says this is how it works
Our users have Outlook 2002 with SP2. The mail servers are all Exchange 2000 with the September Post SP3 roll-up
Thank you

Zman

If the only attendee besides yourself is the resource, there is no need to
send the meeting request because the resource is already booked.
