direct booking of resources

I am concerned that the Macs are not booking resouces
when scheduling in Outlook 2001. I have heard rumor that
Outlook does not support direct booking of resources. If
this is the case, what are my option for booking
resources?

Take a look at OL2002: Direct Booking of Resource Without a Delegate Account at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;291616&Product=ol2002. That'll run you through how to create the resources. Teaching the users to use them properly...I haven't found the article on that one yet.
