Hello,

Does anyone have any Information, Turtorials, FAQ's or Websites about
Digitally signed Office Add-Ins written in C#?

First off, you need to purchase a Software Publisher's Certificate from a
cert authority (like thawte or verisign) - it'll run you a few hundred
dollars U.S.D.
After that, there's an exe command line tool in the SDK you can use to sign
your executables using the keys contained in the cert (look in the Tools
section of the help).
