digital signature in access

Hello, i read the article about how to prevent VBA macro security warning in
outlook 2000 from microsoft:

i follow the instructions and install the digital signature for VBA projects
(self-signed not a commercial certification!)

is there any way to to digitally sign even the ACCESS projects ??? so when i
call outlook inside an access vba module the security warnings of outlook
don't appair ???
