Digital Product ID

Whenever I am playing games it will freeze up after a
coupld seconds and say something about my digital product
ID and the internet protocol, I don't know if i have to
adjust my network or what. Please help, thanks.

Hi Josh,

What are the exact error messages please? I might be able
to help you if I can look up additional information, but to do
so, I must know more details, such as the names of those
games, and the exact words used in the error messages.
