digital out

Hi all,

i have a p4p800 deluxe but cant seem to setup the on-board digital out for
sound so i can hook it up to a digital amplifier. has anybody been able to
use this feature? it doesnt appear as an option either on the soundmax
setup.

I think I saw somewhere that this was not working on this particular
board. Although I don't know why it wouldn't if they put it on there.

The AD1985 appears to support SPDIF - pg.27 says SPDIF support is there:

This web page offers help with SoundMax but is none too detailed
about SPDIF. There is mention of some settings but no pictures
of an SPDIF button. Maybe enabling "Advanced" as described here,
will reveal a button later.
