Hi all,

some days agoo i've a bad flash of the BIOS eeprom so i decide to take off
the chip (28F100) and use an externa programmer to reflash with the bios
in diskette. My friend, the owner of the programmer, say me that he cannot
flash because diskette file is 256KByte and eeprom is only 128Kbyte.
Someone can help me ? suggestions ? Errors ?

Thanks a lot for the HELP !

It sounds like you have the wrong flash file for your EEPROM. The
capacity of the chip you mention is 1 Megabit (or 128 Kbyte) if I am not
mistaken. If your binary flash file is 256 Kbyte, that would require a
2 Megabit chip. Go back a look for the proper file for your device.
