Hi,

I have an Olympius C-730 Ultra Zoom digital camera which
connects to my system through one of my USB ports. For
some reason, Windows 2000 Pro can't seem to detect the
camera that is why I had to upgrade to Windows XP Pro.
Now, you are probably wondering why the heck I want to
downgrade to 2K Pro when I'm running XP Pro? Well, I don't
really like XP Pro. But, the point is, I would really like
to downgrade to 2K Pro if Service Pack 4 can fix my
problem.

Question: Would Service Pack 4 fix this issue?

have you installed the software ?

"The C-730 comes with a nice complement of software on the
supplied CD. Direct camera control and image downloading are
provided by Olympus' Camedia Master software package
(Version 4.0) for both Mac and Windows platforms (Macintosh
OS 8.6-9.2/OS X, Windows 98/98SE/Me/2000 Pro/XP). USB
drivers for both platforms and an Apple QuickTime reader are
also included."
