Digital camera mediaplayer autoplay issue

Hey guys. any help here?

I have a multi card reader for digital cameras built into my system.. in the
past, I'd pop my digital cam's card in, and autoplay would open the camera
wizard to transfer images over to my computer from the card.

I'm not sure if an update or something else changed it, but it no longer
"autoplays" the camera wizard.. it defaults to music instead.

I attempted to change it manually right clicking it in properties, but that
has no effect on it.

The reader still works fine, and I can pull data off the card, and I'm
afraid to remove it and let windows reinstal it in fear I loose access to
the card reader all together.

Any common issues like this, and resolutions? Googling didn't help any..
 
Resolved this with one more goole try. There is a microsoft autoplay autofix
program that resolved it.

Evidently it's a typical issues when realplayer is installed.
