Miss Perspicacia Tick

I've just purchased a set of Logitech Z-680s, but forgot to order a digital
cable and, TBH, I'm confused by what I need anyway. They're being connected
to an Audigy 2 ZS Platinum card.Do I need coaxial or optical? Could someone
please tell me exactly what to buy - I've been looking at Belkin cables, and
found the following - are either suitable?

Belkin Digital Optical Audio Cable 3.6m
Belkin Digital Coaxial Audio Cable 1.8m

The 3.6m is the shortest I can find for the optical and it's about twice
what I need.

So, which should I buy?

Thanks

Logitech website claims both optical and coax.

I know, but I don't know what my sound card can take. Creative's doesn't
tell me one way or the other.

See the jacks on the card, or yours may have come with a
2nd, bracket-mounted card for the optical out, and coax is
"probably" on the card itself but check your manual to be
sure.
