Yes, the Digita web site says that it can no longer be downloaded.
According to Son Of Spy the file would be: orgsetup.exe 1.1 Mb
I did a FTP search for orgsetup.exe with results:
ftp://195.121.7.220:21/pub/planet/software/win95/orgsetup.exe
ftp://195.121.7.220:21/pub/public/planetweekly/orgsetup.exe
both 1226999 Bytes (I did not download)

According to Son Of Spy: after installing you have to use a legal
registration number provided by Digita, available here:
http://www.anycities.com/user1/sonofspy/Apps.html

I have download these two files and these are version 1.0.(1198 ko)
I have found in my archives v 1.1 (12666 ko).
I have upload it on my site
