How can I download my digital pictures to a video tape,

running win. 98. only got usb port on comp.

Get a graphics card with "TV-out".

Have you got a CD burner and a 'domestic' DVD player?

You might then be able to create a slideshow on a CD-R and play it on your
DVD player (or record from DVD to VCR).
