difficulty with slide animation when setting slide tansition

I have animated at series of powerpoint slides - when I go to set the slide
transitions the individual slides lose their animation

Not sure what I did but animation on individual slides is now working - If I
run into problems again I will post again but thank you for your feedback and
all seems to be OK at the moment - now I will work out what I did to get it
working again!
