difficulty viewing certain pages

I can't view two pages that I desperatly need to view. I have checked all of my browser settings and internet options but all seems appropriate. The two sites are Canadian gov. pages for viewing online applications and interactive mapping downloads. Any suggestions?
 
Might help if you provide the URL's for the website's you are on
about.........

it appears to be a problem with the actual website itself (when I visited,
it kept loading, then re-freshing, then loading again etc).

Thanks Steve, I just had my friend view the site and he had no problem. He also sent the URL from the page I need to see and that got me one step further but it won't allow me to view the map. (It's an interactive mapping site.

The page loads ok for me. You might try asking in the:
microsoft.public.internet.explorer.java newsgroup.
