You can't have a variable length work day but you can create recurring
appointments each day of the week (if your schedule varies by day of week)
to cover the work day.
Vince - Thanks for your response. Yea, I have already done that with "free"
appointments showing my work schedule. It just would be so much cleaner if I
didn't have each day cluttered with all those free appointments. Oh well,
