Different versions of Access on same pc

Hi folks:

Does anyone know of any possible problems when 2 different
versions of access are installed on the same pc?

I have a client who is running an Access 97 app that had
problems converting up to Access 2000. They kept running
it as Access 97 without problems (it was easier than
fixing it!) on a pc that also had Access 2000.

Now they have tried an Access 97 and Office XP combination
and the Access 97 app is crapping out. I'm wondering if
this is because the Access 97 app is having trouble with
the Office XP VBA object libraries.

There's a known anomalitty between '97 & '2000. in order to install a '97 db
on a machine with '2000 installed you first have 2 rename hatten.ttf
%windir%\fons
It does make life a *** lot simpler if you create your own extensions (reg
keys) for every version of access as they tend to "make sure" of the
association (.mdb)

Any idea what the problems were? Access 2.0 and Access 97 to Access
2000/2002 conversion problems

Nope, shouldn't be. I happily am running A97, A2000, A2002 on a
system with Office 2003 installed.

What kind of problems?
