I have a presentation that when printed on my printer prints fine.
However, when my colleague prints it, he says the bottoms of many of
the pictures from an excel file are cut off. The pictures are on the
middle of the slide. Any thoughts on why this is happening and how it
can be fixed?

Not sure, but try ungrouping the pictures in PPT (rightclick, Group, Ungroup)

But to clarify something, when you say "pictures from an excel file" do you
mean charts pasted as picture or literally pictures that have been copied from
Excel and pasted into PPT?

Oh, and your user name ... is that because you're anonymous or because you've
lost face? ;-)

I have the same problem. Even if I print from the same computer, but
different printer, the alignments are off. One is to the left too
much, one has the presentation cut in half and they can be seen in
print preview. But in normal view, everything seems to be fine and
centered.

Try printing with Scale to fit paper checked and unchecked using the printer
where things go wonko.

What differences do you see?
