Different Networking names

I wanted to know if it is possiable to set my notebook to
work on 2 different networks, so I will be able to use it
in my home and at work.

These programs let you store multiple network configurations and
switch between them easily:

NetSwitcher

MultiNetwork Manager
http://www.globesoft.com/mnm_home.htmlc

If your work network uses a domain, check with the network
administrator for how to connect to it.
