Ok, so I've read the articles in this group about the issues with the "not
all attachments can be rendered" problem with sending faxes from outlook
with images in them, but I've got a new twist on it. I realize from
reading these articles that the problem most likely lies with file
associations and specifically the "printto" verb. However my situation is
a bit different.
My specific environment involves the shared fax service running on an SBS
2003 server, a Citrix/Terminal Services Server running Windows 2003 and
Outlook 2003.
I've actually narrowed down the problem in my situation to not one specific
to the file associations, but rather one of a permissions issue related to
file associations somehow. The proper printto verbs are setup, and
everything works fine if I log into the system with a user with
administrative rights. However if I log in as the same exact user, except
with the administrator rights removed, then I get the dreaded "not all
attachments can be rendered".
Any suggestions on where to go from here?
Thanks,
Jonathan
