different default email and browser in windows XP with 2 user acct

I have 2 user accts in my windows Xp and one user wants to use firefox and
thunderbird, but the another user would like to use IE and Eudora.
I cannot set differents defaults programs for each user, since when I change
the default program from one user the default program for the another user
changes...

Does anybody know a solution???

This is by design: you cannot set up different application sets by
users here.
