Difference in Working Days

I have a report that shows a repair date and repair ship
date and I want to do the difference between both but only
the working days (excluding weekends and holidays). I
found something called networkdays but can't get it to
work...anyone know who to do this.

I am having the same problem and I have been looking for 2 days for an answer
