Difference between WINNT and WINNT32

Hello all. I would think this is a simple question but all
me searching has yet to clarify for me what (other than
the command line swithes syntax) is different between
these two command? Anyone? --- Mike

WINNT.EXE: 16-Bit OS (MS-DOS)
WINNT32.EXE: 32-Bit OS (WIN9x, WinNT, WinME)
