I need to know the difference between WINDOWS ADDRESS BOOK and OUTLOOK
CONTACT LIST? and DOES outlook also support a automatic back up system on the
server, like windows messenger?

Details: In our office we want to have a very detailed contact list and
share it in the server so that all users use it, but we need to decide wether
outlook is more useful or windows address book, and WHY???

The Windows Address Book is a way for Outlook Express to maintain contacts
and their e-mail addresses. A Contacts folder (there is no such thing in
Outlook as a "contacts list") performs much the same function, but for
Outlook.

With Exchange in your office, you can easily share contacts using a public
folder. You can't share the contents of the Windows Address Book, as far as
I can tell.
