Difference between two cell

I need to be able to insert a row in a spreasheet and have
the formula update to reflect the new row

I want to insert a row between 2 and 3
(1)1st row 312313 321313 65465465 31313
(2)2nd row 545445 545444 45471548 45544
(3)differance 3213 213 213 455


(updated)

and have the formula update in row for to adjust from 1-2
to 2-3.

I don't know if this is possible but will save me a bunch
of work
