Difference between the IE6.0 and IE 5.5

Can any let me know the differences between the IE5.5 and IE6.0 versions.

his is a real thorny problem
Web pages not opening from "links" (and browser-freezing) seems most common
using IE6 but also can happen with IE5.5
This problem seems to occur most often after upgrading or updating various
patches.
Related issues are 'opening browser in another window' and 'opening links
from within OE'.
Overblown cache, history, resources and so on.
Spyware activex object ('Tracker Class') that tries to report your surfing
habits to a server in California.

The main difference is that IE6 is much more secure.
