What is the difference between

PC3200 400MHz Dual Channel Ultra Series DDR

PC2700 400MHz Dual Channel Ultra Series DDR

Can both be used in most Intel Mobos newer ones ? besides the speed advantage?

The 2nd one (PC2700) is a typo, PC2700 is DDR333, PC3200 is DDR400, and
no, other than speed advantage, there shouldn't be any difference.
 
The only difference is that the PC3200 RAM is faster IN A MOTHERBOARD THAT
CAN USE THAT SPEED.
