Hello Basha,

Additional DC meens, add a second, third etc. DC to the same domain e.g.
mydomain.com

Child domain is part of your root domain, e.g. mydomain.com (root domain)
and child.mydomain.com is a part of mydomain.com and theire you have child
DC's.

Best regards

An additional domain controller would be just that, a new DC added to
an existing Domain.

A child DC would be either the first or an additional DC added to
a child domain, i.e., a domain that has a parent domain in the same
forest:

Parent.com (DCs here)
child.parent.com (more DCs here)

You can mail any doc or pdf to my mail (e-mail address removed)

No need for that.

[domain.com]
/ | \
dc1.domain com | dc2.domain.com

[child.domain.com]

dc1.child.domain.com

dc2.domain.com is an additinal domain controller (besides
dc1.domain.com) in the parent (domain.com) domain.

dc1.child.domain.com is a domain conroller in a child domain
(child.domain.com).
