Did not see the Report Header

Hello all

I created a report with a header in the top of the page (Report Header). I
can see it in the design page. However, when I view the report (and print
it), the header did not appear. Could you please tell me why

Is the Visible property of the Report Header section set to no?
 
it is still in default "Yes"
I do not know why?. I only have some a heading of text
 
Anything in the On Format or On Print properties of these sections?

Are you able to test this with a different type of printer (in case the
printer driver is a factor)?

I can can view the report without the report header and footer
also print without report header and footer
