For some reason, SP2 is loaded but Movie Maker 2.1 did not.

I use the same system at work and it loaded there and is accesible under
Accessories/Entertainment menu.

Any suggestions?

Thanks Jerry, but I might be kinda dumb here. I thought that mp10 is
completely different than the movie maker. Even with your help, I can't
figure out how to load the movie maker 2.1

Ok...WMP10 has nothing to do with Movie
Maker...and Movie Maker 2.1 cannot be
downloaded as a separate app...it only
installs as a component of WinXP SP2.

First...just to be sure what version of movie
maker you have...go to...Start / Run...
enter..... moviemk.exe ....
this should launch movie maker...
now...go to...Help / About...and check the version
number. if you are running WinXP SP2...it should be...
Version 2.1.4026.0

If that is not the version you have...
you could try reinstalling WinXP SP2 or
have a look at the following article:

What can I do if I upgrade to Windows
XP SP2 and Windows Movie Maker 2.1
is not installed successfully?

BTW, you can download WinXP SP2 from
