Dictionary not working in outlook Expess

I have XP and office 97 por loaded.
And the dictionary will not working Outlook Express.
I believe it is just a matter of re-directing where
Outlook Express is looking for the dictionary. Does anyone
no the changes that have to be made in the Registry to do
this.
 
Hi,

Start/search/files for csapi3t1.dll, copy it to these folders:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PROOF
C:\Program Files\Outlook Express
