Dictionary 2000 is a dictionary program which can translate between any of
the supported languages -- English, French, German, Russian, Polish, Latin,
Swedish,
Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian languages.

not very much, but not exactly free...
besides, i hope words in the dictionary are spelled more correctly that in
its homepage :)
