During a session on the net I sometimes want to write an email but when I
click on send, I have to reconnect to the net. It seems that I am
disconnected automatically.Advice needed

Hi there,
In IE go to the Tolls Menu and select Internet Options
Then select the connections tab
You'll see an advanced button
Click the advanced button
In the next box check that "Disconnect if idle for" has not be checked. If it is
checked, uncheck it.
